Tamsin is an experienced process engineer and operational leader, having worked across a range of industries. Tamsin has developed, maintained and monitored management systems to ensure they are fit for purpose and sustainable.
Prior to joining MicroRisk Group, Tamsin spent over fifteen years working in the manufacturing, logistics and essential service sectors in engineering and leadership roles.
Tamsin’s time as a process engineer has honed her analytical, investigative and problem solving skills which she shares with clients as she partners with them to design innovative solutions which manage risk and meet the needs of operational staff and leaders.

Worked with the client’s internal emergency response team on reviewing and revising the Emergency Response Plans at their facility to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
Water Corporation, Vic
Project managed suite of projects to ensure drinking water quality met regulatory requirements.
Preparation of drought and dry inflow contingency plans
Development of annual work plans
Investigation and response to quality exceedances and incidents
Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facility, Vic
Oversaw quality and equipment operations to ensure safety and regulatory requirements were met.
